NOTES:
- Please send completed application form, signed contract and colored head shot photo to above address (deadline is May 16, 2011).
- The first meeting of candidates will be the week of May 16, with several meetings before the fair begins.
- Interviews for pre-judging will be during the afternoon of Monday, June 20, 2011, before the fair parade line-up at 5:30 pm.
- Each candidate must get her own sponsorship totalling at least $100 - it can be a single sponsor or multiple sponsors; businesses or personal.
